We are an expert team with great business knowledge and networks to enable true partnership working with our capability partners and subject matter experts. Our focus is on enabling leaders and managers to improve the experience for colleagues, building the capabilities required to create resilient competent and confident Border Force Officers of the future. - Manage, develop, coach and lead a team of Officers based in one of our regional hubs, including monitoring and recording performance and attendance, ensuring completion of mandatory e-learning and performance related administrative tasks and encourage sharing of good practice amongst the teams and wider learning community.
