Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant - 12 month FTC
Main job functions.
To provide administrative support to the finance director
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Answer/allocate all emails that come into the accounts inbox
- Production of all sales invoices
- Responsible for processing payments of all purchase invoices
- Bank Reconciliations
- Upload overhead invoices to sage
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Client debt chasing
- VAT and CIS knowledge

1. Qualifications and Experience
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages (especially Word and Excel)
- Sage 50 experience - essential
- NatWest Bankline experience - advantageous

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
