The Integrated Legal Team at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has a new, exciting opportunity for a Senior Paralegal to join itsteam in a key role to support the delivery of in-house case management of the most complex cases. If you are looking for a role that is unique, wide-ranging, keeps you motivated and offers potential for development of your legal knowledge within the NHS, then SPFT's Integrated Legal Team would be an ideal team for you. The Team delivers expert in-house legal services across Claims, Inquests, Mental Capacity Law and Mental Health Law as well as wide-ranging Healthcare Law. The Team has already undergone considerable change and development in the last 20 months and is now progressing further; this role is a key part of that ongoing development to ensure the in-house legal service provision is of the highest standard in the most complex cases, trust-wide.
