We are a small, growing team and so as a Bookkeeper, you will be directly reporting into the CEO and responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial activity across the company.
We’re looking for a very diligent person who has trade experience in ecommerce, preferable fashion. Someone who understands the complexities of stock and selling across multiple ecommerce platforms and territories.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Purchase Order Management
- Invoice matching to PO’s and validating stock deliveries
- Management and processing of accounts email inbox
- Payroll Notes & Additions Per Month (Starters and Leavers / Expense /OT)&
- Holiday Request & Adminstration
- Reconciling supplier statements - Quarterly
- Preparing weekly payment runs - Review Bean Ninjas File in Readiness for Ross to pay
- Bank & Card Reconciliations
- Employee Expense Processing
- Checking Detail on Huboo Invoices
- Raising Sales Invoices for Wholesale Customers
- Credit Control
- Accruals and Prepayments
- Assist with the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
- Assist with the preparation and filing of VAT Returns
- Provide support to the CEO / CFO & Senior Leadership Team as required
Essential Requirements
- 3-5 Years Work Experience in a Similar Role
- Ecommerce Experience / FMCG
- Attention to Detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Xero Cloud Software
Desirable
- AAT Qualified or similar
- Experience with Fashion
- Experience with Shopify

Salary: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
