Job description
A multi-skilled bookkeeper / administrator is required to perform a variety of mainly office-based duties at an expanding garden nursery.
Working alongside a remotely based colleague, the successful applicant will have a good knowledge of bookkeeping, a flexible approach and the ability to tackle a variety of tasks. At least some experience of Sage is necessary but an understanding of the principles of bookkeeping and maintaining records is also important. General office and administration duties are included in the role so the ideal applicant will be highly organised and keep orderly documentation.
Duties include: PO tracking, document crosschecking, data entry, banking, credit control, answering the phone, coordinating processes and helping out in other departments when required. It is anticipated the position will be best undertaken on a full time basis, although we will consider part time alternatives for the right candidates.
