We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and friendly professional to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. You will assist with managing daily administrative tasks, and provide support to our executives. You should be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Dext, Google Docs/sheets and PowerPoint, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a flexible work schedule and collaboration with a tight-knit team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the company's business units and other departments.
- Coordinate meetings with clients and job viewings
- Review and edit documents.
- Proofread documents.
- Answer the phone and respond to requests for information.
- Meet deadlines.
- Work on the team's schedule; not your own.
- Produce invoices for numerous jobs
- Keep track of reciepts in Dext and file them per job
- To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
- The ability to work well with others.
- Administration skills.
- Customer service skills.
- The ability to use your initiative.
- To be flexible and open to change.
- Maths knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
Salary: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
