Job description
We are looking to employ a bookkeeper to assist in the running of our accounting department
We require excellent ability to work on their own initiative and as part of the team
Excellent communication ability is necessary, together with a good telephone manner
Duties would include
Sales & Purchase Ledgers
Issue client invoices and statements
Bank reconciliation
Take credit card payments
Process sales invoices and input receipts
Filing of all invoices
Any other office duties as required
Must be PC proficient with working knowledge of Excel, Sage 50 Accounts
