Job description
Receive invoices and expense claims, check for completion and accuracy, investigate variances. Prepare invoices for data-entry for accountant. Ensure that the established policies & procedures are followed in all aspects of the Accounts Payable function. Reconcile vendor accounts on a regular basis. Maintain a filing system within the Accounts Payable function. Communicate with vendors and colleagues, Monitor outstanding PO receipts and ensure timely processing. Prepare Accounts Payable reports as required by management and accountant. Assist with management of company credit cards and reconciling the credit card balances. Assist with annual audit as required Assist with preparing Bid documents.

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
