HAYWARD HAWK is delighted to be recruiting for a leading law firm in Belfast city centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Bookkeeper to join a reputable and renowned law firm on a part time basis.
The role
As a Legal Bookkeeper you will play a critical role in the day to day running of the firm, looking after finance for the law firm and liaising with the external accountants.
The Duties
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit control
- Assisting during internal auditing
- Cash management
- Responsibility for ledgers
- General Bookkeeping and Accounts Management
- Any other duties required to meet the needs of the business
The Person
To be considered for this position you will have:
- Previous experience as a Legal Bookkeeper
- Preferably an IATI/AAT or a bookkeeping qualification
- Competent with IT systems and proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and Outlook
Remuneration
· Competitive Salary depending on experience
· Part time hours – 2 - 3 days per week depending on the candidate’s needs
