Job description

The Role

· Remote

· Part-time

· Previous bookkeeping or accounting role required

· QuickBooks Online Certification required

· One month of paid-testing period

About You

You will be Responsible for recording and maintaining the company's daily financial transactions. Prepare reports for the managers and trial balances to assist the accountants. You may also help run payroll, collect debts, generate invoices, and make payments

Fundamentals

· Degree in Accounting, or equivalent work experience

· Full cycle bookkeeping

· General ledger maintenance

· Monthly bank reconciliation

· Complete regular accounts receivable and accounts payable duties (i.e., preparation of financial reports, researching and reconciling discrepancies, processing transactions).

· Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of daily transactions

· Administrative and clerical support

MAIN TASK, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Preparing company payroll.

· Submitting invoices to Client.

· Processing expenses voucher.

· Maintain daily data entries.

· Reconcile all bank and credit accounts.

· Flag any discrepancies.
