Job Details
· Part Time, Permanent
· Mon-Fri
· 25 hours per week + OT if required.
· Daily hours flexible & negotiable
· £11.50ph
· Start ASAP.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into sage accounting software or databases then filing hard copies.
· Processing sales orders and purchase orders
· Preparing vendor invoices for payment
· Bank Reconciliation
· Credit control
· Managing employee expense claims
· Verifying the accuracy of business accounts and alerting the accountant of errors
· Recording any inconsistencies to help the accountant reconcile inaccuracies.
· Helping the accountant with administrative duties and preparing monthly and annual accounts
REQUIREMENTS:
· Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
· Proficient in using SAGE accounting software and MS Office Suite.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
