Admin Assistant
An opportunity has arisen for a Part-time Admin Assistant based at our head office in Deeside.
This is an exciting and varied role supporting the finance and HR department ideal for someone who is highly motivated and enjoys working as part of a team.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Maintaining the sales quote database as new quotes are issued.
· Booking hotels for employees based on Manager requests.
· Ensuring the health and safety training matrix is kept up to date and booking training courses when needed.
· PPE & workwear stock levels are maintained, and workwear issued to employees when needed.
· Updating the clocking in system with missed clocking – liaising with manager to check missed clocking’s / hours.
· Managing the company vehicle fleet to ensure MOTs/ servicing is up to date.
· Any Ad hoc tasks assisting the team.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Have previous experience working in a similar role is preferred
- Have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively
- Excellent organisational skills with good time management
- Be able to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritise workload effectively whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook and Excel (Training can be provided)
Employment Type: Permanent – Part-time
Working Pattern: This is a part time position working 16 hours per week (ideally over 3 days Monday – Wednesday) some flexibility will be available for the right candidate.
