Job description
The work normally involves:
- Payroll on Xerofor aprox 5 employees
- Approx 50 invoices a month (usually less)
- Project accounting and tracking funding/spending to projects
- Management accounts every month
- Pulling together information for Annual Accounts
- Monitoring spending and VAT threshold
- Short weekly check-in
- Bi-weekly meeting
Our money comes from 3 main sources:
- Money from trusts & foundations (and sometimes Council)
- Individual donations
- Money from our catering and retail
We use Xero as our finance software.
There should be no more than 5 hours a week going forward however, at the start there we will require more hours to be put in to get the new person caught up and on top of things quickly. For the first month there will be more like 35 hours of work needed.

Salary: £15.50 per hour
