What you will be doing

As a Bookkeeper at Eden Holistic Pet Foods Ltd, you will be an integral part of our business. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Accurately recording all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Reconciling bank statements to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Be a strong communicator to both your peers and key stakeholders
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and contributing to the enhancement of financial systems and procedures

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

· Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role

· AAT Level 3 certificate in Bookkeeping or a related field is preferred but not mandatory

· Proficiency in using accounting software Xero

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping

· Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
