A highly established company based in St.Austell are looking to recruit an Bookkeeper/Accounts Administrator to join their team on either a full time/part time basis.
Ideal candidates will have previous practice experience, confident working alone and as part of a team. Candidates must have the ability to talk with clients and customers over the phone and email.
Your role will include;
- Bookkeeping and VAT Return processing
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Supplier payments
- Sales invoicing
- Credit control
- Maintaining customer records
- General administartion duties
My client would require candidates to have these desired skills or qualifications;
- Previous practice experience
- Bookkeeping/accounts administration experience
- Ability to work well as a team
- Confident working alone
