Activettes may be the position you are looking for.
We are looking for a person who is professional and works well in a small team environment.
Able to work up to 6 hours a week. Additional hours during month/year end and Christmas time.
Education: High School Diploma
Accounting or Bookkeeping Certification
General Requirements/Attributes of Ideal Candidate: Accounts payable and receivables, month end billing and payments, daily to annual book keeping, bi-weekly payroll, work with the accountant, loans, and vehicle leases. Experience for charitable organizations an asset.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience with QuickBooks
- Must have at least 2 years recent experience with CRA filing and payroll
- Must be comfortable with fast paced work environment that can change quickly
- Excellent communication skills and pay attention to detail
- Must be proficient in computer programs including Microsoft office, excel and
QuickBooks
- Good financial, payroll and business acumen
- Vulnerable Sector background check
- Confidentiality is required, with a work sensitive environment
- Fluency in English (oral, written and spoken) mandatory
