Our Strata and Property Management Company is seeking bookkeeper to help with the accounting needs in our fast growing company.
We require an individual who will promote a professional image and a positive workplace environment. Applicants must be a team player and be able to work closely with members of the office. Trust account management experience is an asset. Previous bookkeeping experience is required.

An Individual with the included assets will be our primary consideration:
- Bookkeeping experience, with experience in Quickbooks preferred
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) and Typing
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fast pace environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Primary duties include:
- Data Entry into both property management software and accounting software (account receivable and account payables) into multiple different company files
- Corresponding with associated clients concerning payable and receivables
- Sending out statements and following up on arrears
- Bank Reconciliations
- Months end financial reporting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $23.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay

- Kimberley, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
