We have an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper working out of our Sudbury or North Bay office. The successful candidate will provide bookkeeping services to our external clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering monthly transactions
- Reconciling accounts payable
- Reconciling accounts receivable
- Preparing payroll
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Preparing monthly financial reports
- Government Reporting
- Other duties and projects as required
A successful candidate will have:
- Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks and/or Sage
- Three or more years of experience in a similar role
- CPB (Certified Professional Bookkeeper) certification would be an asset
- Knowledge of Caseware / Caseview would be an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingualism in French/English is an asset
