Your role
Working within a busy department you will be responsible for placing work bookings on behalf of Allstar customers that require vehicle servicing, repair and tyre replacement in to the Allstar ServicePoint garage
network.
What you'll be doing

JOB PURPOSE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Receiving telephone calls and emails from the extensive Allstar ServicePoint customer base to book vehicles in to the garage network. Following customer guidelines and using the 1link Service Network platform you will oversee the online Service Booking process including updating customers on the status of work bookings. Contact service centre regarding un-actioned bookings. Updating the service centre records, including the on boarding of new service centre accounts. Liaising with Swindon based Network Accounts Team. Making informed decisions about safety related items always adhering to Company policy and process. Consulting with the Maintenance Control to understand the vehicle warranty options that are available. Ensure that service centres invoice their transactions in a timely manner. Contacting external customers and service centres with any queries to ensure completion of jobs within agreed timescales/KPIs. All data management tasks should be carried out diligently and adhere to the agreed procedures. To communicate effectively with other departments in the business. To comply with company policies and procedures including those related to health & safety. You are responsible for ensuring that data updates to the various platforms are loaded correctly and within the agreed timescales. To receive inbound calls and emails from customers and assist them with any queries and difficulties they are experiencing. Handling customer complaints.
GENERAL DUTIES To comply with agreed procedures and ensure that all generated documentation is of the standard the business expects. You will want to work closely and effectively with your colleagues to assist them in performing their tasks. To carry out additional tasks as directed from time to time. Internal: Maintenance Controllers. Swindon Networks. Product Support Team. External: Existing customers
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE (Not essential): Experience working with and using 1Link Service network would be an advantage. Experience working in some capacity within the automotive maintenance sector. Knowledge and experience of service and repair schedules. Knowledge and experience of vehicle manufacturer warranties. Competent in Microsoft Office Excel and Word

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Working Week rota 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00. There may be a requirement in the future for this role to provide support to our customers on rota basis Saturday from 08.30-13.00.
