Book-Keeper / Management Accountant Nottingham, England
Job description
We are looking for a Book-keeper/Management Accountant to work alongside our team in Bilborough to assist with the finance management and day to day running of the business accounts. We are flexible on experience and hours.
· Purchase Ledger – All aspects inc batching, coding, checking PO’s, entering on sage , reconciling statements, filing, preparing payment runs.
· Sales Ledger –raising invoices through Clarity, uploading to Sage, emailing to customer.
· Credit control and reviews
· New customer accounts
· Control accounts: sales, purchase, VAT and HMRC/NI
· Bank – update sage daily , month end bank reconciliations
· Invoice Finance – update age daily . month end bank reconciliations
· Credit Card account – update Sage monthly , month end reconciliation
· Vat returns – preparation and submissions
· Stock
· Payroll and RTI submisisons
· Pension submissions
· Month end controls – Deposits/ Debtors/Creditors/VAT/PAYE/NI/Pensions
· Fixed Asset Schedule inc Depreciation Schedule
· Prepayments and Accruals Schedule
· Stock Control inc Stock Take and Provisions
· Preparation of End of Month and End of Year Trial Balance
· Preparation from Trial Balance: PNL, BS, Cash Flow forecast and Finance Manager Report
· HR Adminsitration and audit
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-20 per week
Salary: £13.50-£20.00 per hour
