We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a permanent basis.

What will you be doing?....
- This is a 360 recruitment role (however here at Prince we have a strong administrative support available for all our consultants – helping you focus on your service to your clients and candidates).
- Your will be placing candidates across the accountancy and finance sector, predominantly in the Wolverhampton, Walsall and Dudley area. The vacancies on this desk will include permanent, temporary – permanent, temporary, and contract positions.
- On the client-side you will be responsible for creating strong relationships with clients and candidates, working in partnership with clients to understand their needs and specific role requirements whilst offering regular honest and transparent feedback, marketing our services to attract and welcome new clients. You will also be accountable for determining agreements and working terms and conditions. You will also develop a strong understanding of your market.
- On the candidate-side you will be working with an established candidate pool, searching and selecting, and interviewing candidates and supporting them through your client's recruitment processes – offering regular feedback and updates throughout. You will also be handling job offers and supporting both clients and candidate through the offer and on-boarding stages.
What Skills and experience will you have?..
- We are looking for someone who already has some existing recruitment experience (whether that be agency based or internal).
- We are open to considering any sector in terms of specialisms / background
- You will be required to visit clients from time to time so a UK Driving licence will be required
