JOB TITLE: Team Player REPORTS TO Duty Manager/ Kitchen Manager
ROLE PURPOSE:
Whether behind the bar, waiting on guests, in the kitchen the role of team player focuses on what is best for our Guest, by delivering the best Guest hospitality experience. They will do this by only accepting great quality at all times from them and their team, making sure they show a genuine interest in each and every individual guest and always deliver at the right pace with the right face. This role is kitchen based and there may be times that you interact with the guest.

Ensure service levels are at the right pace for the guest and the occasion.
Serve with accuracy to deliver great food and drink at all times, in accordance with specification guides.
Deal with complaints positively and always advise Duty Manager

Always be aware of present and future sales activities
Understand how to offer the guest great value for money and identify sales opportunities
Accurate cash handling and stock checks to be carried out
Complete any role associated administration in line with professional retail standards

Complete all mandatory training and e-learning within set timescales
Work as one team as directed by your Duty Manager to ensure all requirements of the business are met, be flexible and adaptable to all roles within the business
Ensure all scheduled shifts are started promptly
Attend any 121 booked with your line manager and take responsibility for your own career development
Attend all team meetings
Ensure full adherence with your Terms and Conditions of employment and any weekly/periodic communications.
Give consideration at all times for the well being and safety of your team
Planning, Organisation and execution
Write things down rather than trying to remember from memory
Display personal time management e.g. Punctuality and flexibility for shifts offered
Able to prepare and organise work area for shift
