We are seeking a Bodyshop Customer Advisor & Administrator to join our friendly, hardworking aftersales team. Experience in the automotive industry is not essential, what’s more important is your ability to give our customers the care and attention they need whilst their car is with us for accident damage repairs. You should also have the ability and desire to support the department through methodical, thorough administration duties.
Your profile
You will have an organised approach to your work and a genuine desire to provide customers with a fantastic level of service. You will be able to handle front of house activities, including seeing customers in and out, keeping them updated by telephone or email and invoicing completed work (with training). You will need an eye for detail and should be able to handle a variety of administration activities, including organising the paperwork for customer visits, managing the loan car diary and maintaining accurate filing as well as a variety of other tasks. You will be a team player, able to respond to the needs of the business and our customers. You should be able to operate at a professional standard in keeping with the prestige brands we represent.
Ideally you will be used to busy environment, have good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A quantity of the work we do involves preparing BMW and MINI Approved Used Cars for sale, so good working relationships between departments is something we value. The department operates to targets and we are looking for somebody who enjoys the challenge of reaching a goal every month, but can balance this with a genuine desire to fulfil customers’ needs and impress them with our service levels. Training on our systems and processes will be provided in-house, and ongoing development opportunities such as manufacturer training and qualifications could also be available.
