Halliwell Jones (Warrington) is looking for a BMW Product Genius.
Your role
The position is located at our Warrington Centre which is a fantastic modern facility including BMW and MINI Showrooms, Aftersales and Bodyshop.
Your Responsibilities:
- Indirectly boost sales by providing customers with the right amount of product information to give them a good insight of the BMW products.
- Promote the technical unique selling points of BMW products and the associated customer benefits such as Digital Handover and the My BMW App
- Offer exceptional customer service through informative, non-pressured customer discussion.
- Welcoming/Hosting customers in the centre and ensuring every aspect of an exceptional customer experience is provided.
- Provide support to Aftersales departments during peak times.
Your profile
- Proven excellent customer service skills and likes to work with people.
- An outstanding attitude and passion for customer service
- Passion for BMW products and technology.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- An enthusiastic, dynamic and team-orientated personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop, and keep up-to-date with complex/ technical/product information.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Is a team player. Offers help and support to others.
- Thorough knowledge of computer applications (MS Office).
