Jump Time is an indoor trampoline park and family entertainment center. We are a small local business looking to serve the community we are a part of. We started our first company, Tumble Time Gymnastics, in 1999 and opened the very first trampoline park in the Treasure Valley in 2010. We proudly opened our Twin Falls location on October 11, 2013.Jump Time Meridian is looking for someone who has a passion for our community and family fun to join our team as a party host.DESCRIPTION, RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONSWe are a young, passionate team who value enthusiasm, teamwork, and dedication. As a party host, you will be responsible for guiding your guests through our epic party experience.Some of the responsibilities of a party host include: Set up and clean up of the party areaGreeting and checking in guestsClearly communicating time schedules and expectations with the party parentsEducating jumpers on park rulesInteracting and keeping party guests engagedCooking and serving food and drinksUp-selling party add-ons, where applicableExplaining the bill and how to pay to the party parentsFacilitating a smooth flow to the party while keeping a tight time scheduleA successful party host will: Have a confident and positive attitudeLove working with kids and adultsHave excellent time management skillsBe adaptable to various situations and needsBe prepared to receive feedback in a constructive mannerTo qualify for the party host position we recommend: Be at least 14 years oldCOMPENSATIONWe offer a competitive compensation package including:Hourly pay starting at $7.75-$9.00 plus tips, depending on experience. Available hours will be weekends and some evenings. Party hosts typically average 3-8 parties per week for a total of 8 to 20 hours.Additional hours and pay are available for applicants who wish to work in multiple roles such as trampoline guarding or front desk.WORKING ENVIRONMENTYou will be working around children and families. It is a moderately noisy, usually energetic atmosphere. You will be on your feet for most of your shift.
