Job description
You Will:
- Track usage for consumption-based services through Monthly Usage reports.
- Coordinate with both Operations and Channel Partners to collect usage data.
- Process invoices for all usage/consumption-based services.
- Update and maintain our internal CRM/Order Management System
- Support Account Managers/Sales Team with requests/tickets related to billing.
- Work with Operations to Investigate invoicing disputes arising from usage disparities.
- Become a knowledge expert on all Quote to Cash processes with our Partner ecosystem
- Track Burn Rate on contracts with upfront payments through monthly reports
- Track Commissions owed to Partners/ Agents through monthly commission statements and fee reports.
- Track Annual and semi-annual billing contracts to ensure invoiced on the correct dates.
- Support Account Managers with tracking and measuring the performance of their accounts through monthly revenue reports.
- Assist with the preparation of Service Credits when required.
- Create credit justification reports when issuing credits.
- Work in collaboration with Sales, Operations and Finance to ensure ThinkOn’s Monthly Invoicing deadlines are met.
- Help provide insight and input on automating and reducing manual tasks tied to revenue tracking
- Other duties as required
You Have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Enterprise (Business) Technology preferred
- Sales or Analyst experience preferred.
- Basic Knowledge and understanding of standard accounting practices.
- Experience with building PowerPoint presentations and working with Excel
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and stay up to date on technology trends
- Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a rapidly evolving workforce
- Strong oral and written communication skills
