Billing Assistant – Greenock – £10.40 per hour (temporary position)

HRC are working with a successful organisation who are looking to find a motivated individual to support them through a period of change.
This role would be well suited to someone with at least 3 months office experience who is looking to progress their career into finance and accounting.

· Meticulous worker, able to work accurately and at pace
· Strong analytical skills
· Proficient in Excel and Word
· Professional office experience
· High level of communication skills both written and verbal
What does the day look like?
· Implementing individual and group updates across various accounts in line with changing policies
· Renewing payment details
· Mailbox management responsibilities
· Creating update reports for Team Leaders
· Communicating with third parties to resolve queries
