BILLING ADMINISTRATORCarbon60 are looking to recruit a Billing Administrator to work for a large utilities company based in Belfast on a temporary ongoing basis. This is a great opportunity to join a stable industry with excellent opportunities to gain permanent employment for the correct candidate. ROLE: Billing AdministratorSALARY: £11.48 p/h JOB TYPE: 9 months initially with extension likelyLOCATION: Belfast (BT2)HOURS: Full time Monday to FridayWORKING PATTER: Hybrid working - currently 2/3 days in the office and 2/3 days at homeTHE ROLE
- Action billing reports and provide general administrative assistance including data input within the customer billing function.
- To work towards set targets as part of a team using established guidelines, procedures, and processes.
- Reviewing and actioning internal basic queries from other departments within the business.
- Providing telephone support when required.
THE SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Previous experience in administration.
- Experience using office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in similar roles.
- Good team player
- Positive attitude
