Job description
- Must have scheduling availability within the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm or 12:00pm-8:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Must be able to travel to case assignments across the Santa Clara County or Alameda County service locations where clients are served
- Will obtain RBT within 90 days (or maintain RBT if already certified)
- Must accept all subbing assignments offered within assigned caseload window
- Maintains exemplary attendance
- 6-month commitment period to stay with the company
- Proof of high school or highest earned diploma
- Reliable form of transportation
- Prior experience with children with autism is a plus!
- Guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours paid but may work over 30 hours as needed.
- Active Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) will be offered $28!

- Behavior Technicians will provide direct face-to-face Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children with autism in their home, school, or community settings.
- Working under the direction of a program supervisor teaching clients how to communicate, play, make friends, and function more independently, while helping resolve challenging behaviors.
- Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data on child's treatment goals
