About Us:
A luxury 5-star boutique hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge, London. 80 steps to Harrods and 1 minute to Harvey Nicholls. Warwick London is made of The Capital Hotel, Apartments & Townhouse, a total of 72 keys. We are now recruiting for a Hotel Receptionist to join our five-star, luxurious boutique hotel. Have fun working alongside a fantastic team.
Role & Responsibilities of a Hotel Receptionist:
·Deliver highest standards of service to all guests··Acknowledge and welcome all guests that enter the hotel with a smile!
·Undertake all aspects of the check in and checkout procedure
·Ensure all reservation enquires are replied to in a professional manner.
·Have knowledge about how to place reservations via different distributions.
·Ensure guests are given appropriate directions to location on hotel premises and to guest rooms.
More about You:
·You will have some experience of working in a reception or hotel
·Possess a friendly personality and excellent customer service skills
·Strong listening, speaking and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £12.50 per hour
