FixThisBike is one of the leading London-wide bicycle repair services operating with the collection and delivery model. Bicycles are collected, repaired or serviced, and delivered back in the quickest possible timeframe. We have now partnered up with Axon Ridesto be their primary distributor, and service centre for the Greater London Area. Day-to-day Duties
- Generate & Manage Leads throughout the entire sales cycle for Axon Rides Folding eBikes
- Support Walk-ins with Bicycle Bookings & Servicing
- Liaise with new and existing clients regarding their bicycle bookings over the phone, through emails, in-person, etc.
- Convert new enquiries into bookings via calls and emails
- Support the workshop manager with their bookings calendar
- To carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team.
Sales Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide product (bicycle) knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Utilize effective sales techniques to generate leads, such as calling, networking, email marketing,
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions via our CRM System
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Assist with inventory control and management
Key Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and profit margins
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures is a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs

Salary Structure:
Base Salary £23,000-£26,000, depending on experience.
OTE: £30,000-£40,000
