As the Business Intelligence Lead, you will hold a pivotal role within the finance department with significant cross-over with IT and other business units.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will lead the development and maintenance of business intelligence reports, supported by a dedicated data analyst and will collaborate with various teams across the business.
Your responsibilities will include managing ETL processes, data accuracy and crafting data-driven reports in Power BI.
The role requires a confident communicator who can understand and translate business needs into comprehensive insights and actionable data-driven strategies, to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You’ll make a real impact as a data expert, providing vital insights that will drive their strategy across the business.
What You'll Need to Apply
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, MS Excel & SQL
- Experience with analytical skills like T-SQL, DAX and Power Query
- Familiarity with ETL processes (SSIS etc.) and data warehouse development
- A deep understanding of reporting and Business Intelligence best practices
- Prior experience in a product, retail or manufacturing business
