In this role, you will work with our world-leading clients to improve their data and measurement capabilities, turning raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic success.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain BI solutions that provide critical insights into business performance, trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and turn them into technical specifications that drive data modelling and report development.
- Use the industry tech stack (Python, EazyBI, Tableau etc.) as well as our own proprietary tooling, to design and implement visually compelling dashboards and reports.
- Optimize data models and ETL pipelines for scalability and performance, ensuring that data is accurate, complete and reliable.
- Write necessary code to connect data points within various tools and systems, eventually turning them into predictive models.
- Provide training and support to business users on BI solutions and data visualization best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging BI technologies and trends, sharing knowledge with colleagues and clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
- Professional experience in BI development and data management, with a focus on delivering data-driven solutions.
- Strong proficiency in SQL & Python and experience working with BI & Data Visualisation tooling (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Domo etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data modelling, database design and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with data governance policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
