Programme Administrator
£22,000pa (pro-rata) 14 to 21 hours per week flexible to suit
Better Start Bradford is funded by The National Lottery Community Fund until March 2025 to help children in Bowling and Barkerend, Bradford Moor and Little Horton get the best start in life. They deliver over 20 projects for expectant families and families with children aged 0-3, including support before, during and after birth, reading, play, healthy cooking and eating and language skills. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly-motivated individual to join our dynamic team. This position is well-suited to someone looking to broaden their administrative skills and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.
The postholder will provide an efficient and effective administrative and clerical function to the Better Start Bradford programme. Duties will include:
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to all Better Start Bradford team members.
- Attending project meetings, with occasional cover at governance meetings, to take minutes.
- Assisting senior managers with recruitment as required.
- Raising calls with IT for IT-related issues where appropriate.
