Mercer Marsh Benefits Multinational business unit is seeking a Benefits Technology Sales Lead for Europe.

What can you expect:
As a Darwin Sales Lead you will be responsible for growing our business through winning new, profitable Darwin clients in UK & Europe. This role requires full management of the complex, international sales cycle, including all aspects of the sales process, from pre-sale through to presentation, close, contracting and hand-over to client excellence.

We will count on you to:
- Take Darwin sales activities for MMB Multinational’s Commercial Team in European countries to the next level
- Drive increased revenue and profitability in support of MMBs growth targets
- Execute sales disciplines and best practices
- Identify external and internal referral sources and partner closely with those resources
- Work with local client managers, growth leaders, CEOs, global client managers and global consultants to identify new Darwin targets from Net New and Cross Sell activity
- Utilize information sources internally and externally to gather appropriate data to properly position MMB to succeed in the market
- Lead regional sales opportunities, manage virtual teams of consultants, client managers and senior stakeholders, balance local autonomy and drive region-wide programs
- Participate in relevant events and conferences that enhance the reputation and increase opportunities for MMB
- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas
- Manage the sales process and discipline for own opportunities, including development of core presentations, graphics and pipeline reporting, in line with MMB Multinational Commercial Team protocols
- Monitor competitors and review MMB’s offering in light of competitors developments
What you need to have:
- Proven track record of outstanding sales success
- Demonstrable track record of selling complex, large value, multinational, multi-year contracts into the HR/C&B space
- Fluency in English (additional languages desirable)
- Flexibility in regards to traveling
- Competency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
