My client, a leading tech firm, based in Central London, are looking to recruit a Benefits Specialist to join their team on a 9 month temp contract.
The purpose of this role is to help develop and deliver an integrated reward strategy for all respective business areas including Corporate and Business Lines. The company is looking for a creative and inventive individual, with an analytical and strategic approach in order to focus on the implementation of new benefits programmes as well as bettering existing programmes to create a seamless process.
Responsibilities will include:
- Work alongside Benefits Ops team to review & develop existing benefits programme
- Dealing with third party vendors and offers to create a seamless C&B strategy
- Effectively partner with wider HR team to provide expert advice including monitor market changes & propose any changes to leadership
- Partner with Global C&B team in projects including data analysis, benchmarking, implementation and roll-out
- Confidently manage projects from end to end & showcase and share in-depth knowledge of compensation
What you need to succeed:
- 3+ years of experience in a C&B focussed role
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & workday
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Able to showcase a high attention to detail and excellent consulting skills.
- Experience with large scale global employee benefit plans programs development and delivery.
