You will be joining a Centre of Excellence within an Industry Leader in benefits practices, so it is an ideal role to really grow your reward experience in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

We need an experienced Benefits Analyst to help drive the change. You will have broad benefits management experience and be adept at managing and interpreting benefits data translating your analysis into meaningful business insight.

  • You will be currently supporting the delivery of an employee benefits portfolio for a commercial organisation leveraging the impact to attract and retain the best talent.
  • Working with our benefits providers you will maximise their offering and ensure this supports our internal employee value proposition.
  • We need top notch data management skills within either a benefits or broad reward background.
  • Supporting big annual cyclical events, such as flexible benefits enrolment and brokering for insurance benefits, modelling membership data to understand costs and enrolment stats.
  • We are refreshing our Recognition scheme, so experience here would be an advantage, assisting in the management of budgets and coordinating the annual cycle of award events.
  • Pensions analytics will also be part of the role supporting the Governance Committee and Trustees with effective coordination and data insight.
  • Candidates should be excited by change and implementation, supporting projects where analytical skills give depth to the debate, supporting the options through meaningful data expressed in clear terms.

  • Building effective and creative communications is also important so that we get our message across and engage successfully with our employees.
  • Numeric capability and strong IT skills are the baseline, data management and excel analytics capability is key using formulas, modelling and charts.

Personal independence
