Behaviour Support Coordinator (Remote, base location flexible) Remote
Job description
We are looking for a Coordinator to join our Behavioural Change and Support Services Unit (BCSSU) and provide a comprehensive and effective administrative service to our team.
Our BCSSU delivers evidence-based and innovative interventions and services to individuals who, due to multiple or complex needs require specialist behaviour change treatment or holistic support. Our successful candidate will ideally have an understanding or experience working within the criminal justice sector; however we are mainly looking for someone engaging and motivated who is comfortable working with participants with challenging behaviour and complex needs.
This is an excellent opportunity to promote positive change, the protection of victims and children, plus the development of pro-social behaviour through a multi-agency approach.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary of £20,971 - £24,801 per annum (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday Day off (with the opportunity to buy additional days)
- 2 Volunteer Days
