Job description
Full Time - Hours: 36 per week (8.00am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday). Term time only (38 weeks)
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and exceptional individual as a Behaviour & Achievement Mentor. You will be supporting students to help them overcome barriers to learning, including behaviour.
The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of effective behaviour strategies and procedures along with the ability to establish and develop successful working relationships with students. You will set high expectations of students whilst also encouraging them to make individual progress towards future achievements. You should preferably have some experience of behaviour management or of working with students who have a wide range of behavioural and educational needs.

Salary: £26,159.00-£28,419.00 per year
