THE ROLE
The Beauty Operation Manager role will be multi discipline & act as Showroom/Treatment room manager for a new beauty concept in Soho.
There will be 3 pillars of responsibility:
Deliver overall operational requirements of showroom space
Run the store
Manage treatment room

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGOversee running of store from set up to live trading environment
Manage the beauty consultant
Be the ‘go too’ for all beauty showroom needs – the face of the showroom
Accountable for driving sales KPI’s
Work with marketing & creative teams to push the brand concept forward
Support to bring to life all IRL marketing activations with 3rd party Brands ie. Masterclasses, takeovers, materials, POS, campaigns
Manage scheduling and operations of all IRL, above the line marketing launches
Manage scheduling of the treatment room in store & programming
Work with B&M/DC to deliver optimal ranging, stock levels & deliveries
Stock take/Store maintenance and compliance
Live and breathe beauty, brands and new innovation
Build brand reputation in the industry
Work with brands/b &m on treatment room occupancy – create owned rosta of treatments with suppliers and manage the brand takeover treatments
Strong at brand & customer relations
Internal stakeholder management
Comply and meet retail standards
Work with merch to optimise stock levels
Brand “go too” for training and educational needs
MORE ABOUT YOU
A relevant beauty qualification is desirable
Experience running a salon environment
Qualified MUA preferrable
Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, and cosmetics.
A passion for the beauty industry.
Experience in sales, retail, or related field may be preferred.
Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
A friendly personality and professional appearance.
An entrepreneurial spirit to help drive the new beauty store concept alongside the retail and buying team
