Beauty Therapist

We are looking for dynamic, passionate, immaculately presented Senior Beauty Therapists with a strong proven track record.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 years’ experience working in a beauty salon/clinic or spa;
• Minimum NVQ/VTCT/CIDESCO/ITEC Level 4 in any Beauty qualification
• Excellent customer service skills provided in person and over the phone;
• Experience in laser hair removal an advantage
• Pro-active direct marketing of products
• Have a confident, creative can-do attitude.
• Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise
• Passionate about increasing brand and product knowledge;
• Able to upsell products and services
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance along with excellent communication skills
• Must be able to speak fluently English.
• Friendly and outgoing personality

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• To Provide excellent manual facial and body treatments
• To conduct skin analysis for customers and go through the initial skin consultation with clients; advise suitable treatments offered and tailor a bespoke treatment plan based on the client’s face map.
• The ideal candidate would be able to perform a variety of treatments to the highest standards.
• To upsell products and service
• To maintain 85% client retention through great customer service and excellent service delivery
• Performing the following treatments to a high standard: facials, waxing, eyelash extensions and eyebrow threading.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £12.00 per hour
