RT Aesthetics is a Non Surgical Aesthetics clinic located in Whickham, NE16 4SN. We are a successful and growing clinic specialising in non-invasive procedures. We have an excellent reputation and provide outstanding patient care. This is an exciting opportunity for a Therapist or aesthetic practitioner to join a highly innovative and expanding clinic.
You will be working within a challenging environment and will:
- Provide a broad range of aesthetic treatments.
- Acheive sales target for yourself and the clinic (commision payable)
- Provide consultations to clients who are considering our range of non-invasive treatments.
- Assist Aesthetic Practitioners with consultations and treatments to new and existing clients who are considering having treatments
- Be knowledgeable and aware of our products/treatments and procedures
- Be caring, honest and have a reliable personality
- Have ability to interact with others as part of a team
- Have very good interpersonal skills
- Be competent to work in a highly technical area
- Have an ability to pay great attention to detail and to concentrate for lengthy periods of time
- Have an empathetic understanding for the clients
- Be physically able to adapt to the environment including the potential to stand for long periods
- Able to prepare all necessary instruments and equipment for procedures
- Prepare the environment and equipment needed for a particular procedure
- Ensure that all paperwork is given to and signed by patients before a procedure
- Take / file photographs of clients
- Keep track of all stock for procedures
- Ensure all clients are given post procedure information
- Sterilise instruments and track
- Respond to customer enquiries via all media channels, e.g. face to face, telephone, email, web chat and social media
- Ensure all enquiries are adequately screened to ensure patient safety and quality of consultation
- Provide all enquiries with accurate information regarding their proposed procedure
- Ability to prioritise work and multi task
- Assist with booking repeat customer treatments and appointments and processing payments
- Provide exceptional customer service via all communication mediums
- Tenacity and a willingness to go the ‘extra mile’ to provide excellent customer service
Requisites:
- Beauty Level 3 and above or Nurse trained or other Medical profession
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience in laser hair removal and/or other aesthetic treatments.
- You will be caring, honest and have a reliable personality and ability to interact with others as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
