We are recruiting for a remote part-time Beauty Adviser to join our team in Swindon.
** Able to work from home and must have own laptop.
Likeskin is an online store curating the best of Korean and Japanese beauty products including skincare, makeup and haircare. We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly individual who is able to provide exceptional customer service, have great organisational skills and can work well under pressure.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer customer queries in timely and helpful manner
- Advise customers on the best products for them depending on their skin type and skin concerns.
- Give advice on the use of different cosmetics including skincare, hair care, makeup and body care.
- Provide each customer with highly detailed, personalised service to help them meet their needs with the best products for them
- Confidently handle all queries with friendly, approachable customer service
- Cross sell products when appropiate.
- Work well independently and also within a team
- Other ad-hoc admin tasks
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVE:
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
- Fluent English
- Excellent grammar
- Excellent organisational skills
- Initiative to do their own research to provide best possible service to customer
- Great product and general knowledge on korean skincare and makeup
- General knowledge on skincare trends
- Exceptional communication skills
- Keen interest or desire to learn more about the Korean/ Japanese beauty industry
- Able to work alone
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
Salary: £9.50 per hour
