Hot Rocks Restaurant and Cocktail Bar is a unique and high-profile venue on Bournemouth seafront which has been operational for over 25 years.
We have built an excellent reputation for serving top quality, freshly-made-on-the-premises food, all made with premium ingredients and prepared and served by our skilled kitchen and front of house personnel.
Our highly trained staff follow a strict training program which has been accredited and recognised to be both consistent and professional whilst nurturing personable and friendly staff who genuinely care about the service industry and offer memorable experiences for all our guests.
We have an extremely high (seasonal) customer throughput, accommodating up to 300+ guests, across three hospitality areas (when fully operational)
We are looking for full or part time, experienced cocktail bar staff, waiters, bussers and glass collectors with outgoing personalities, extrovert nature and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Full training is offered
- Must be available weekends, school holidays, bank holiday weekends and the Bournemouth Airshow
- Must be flexible working late nights
- Must have a dedication to high working standards
- Dedicated to a ‘hands-on’ approach
- Must be good in dealing with customers
- Have excellent people skills
- Able to handle a very high-pressure environment
- High standard of spoken English is essential
- Must have a professional attitude
- Must be unphased by high volumes of customer through-put
