Ryan Chetiyawardana, aka Mr Lyan, returns to Shoreditch with Seed Library, our destination cocktail bar, offering a lo-fi, analogue approach to bartending. The drinks harness a rich manifesto of heritage ingredients to create new takes on favourite serves with a cleaner, differently composed balance sitting alongside a handpicked selection of beers and wine.

Travelling the world, Ryan sources the weird and wonderful, using bespoke techniques and experimenting with ingredients to develop new ways to capture flavour. Mr Lyan and his highly-accoladed team use unique ways of looking at the world to create drinks that you probably won’t find anywhere else.

We are looking for an experienced part time Bartender for our Seed Library, if you have a passion for drinks and flavours, an energetic personality and a desire to deliver engaging service then Seed Library is the place for you!

Salary: Up to £15.45/h
