Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender in our private Members Bar, Club Brass, to provide an excellent guest drinking experience in our Luxury Hotel Gotham.

Good Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for Bar and Honey Restaurant
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Stay guest focused and provide an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements and skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate
• Being able to make coffees

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Salary: £9.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
• customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
• Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
