Nottingham Bowl is part of the Disco Bowl group and we have recently invested 750k in this iconic entertainment centre. Part of our changes has been changing the bar from a bland second rate Queen Vic lookalike to a big modern airy contemporary bar serving a range of cocktails, gins, tonics and a wide selection of beers. Our drinks range and offer is up there with all the bars youll find in the city and we need people to help us serve our customers with fantastic drinks.
You’ll be responsible for cash handling, customer service, and most importnatly preparing drinks be it pints, cocktails or milkshakes. Youll need to work well under pressure, be organised and enjoy being in a busy bar environment. Claenliness and standards are at the heart of all we do so youll be expected to help us keep the standards up.
You’ll need to be willing to work evenings and weekends, Bar experience would be preferred but is not essential for the right applicant as full training is provided. Must be able to work till midnight Friday and Saturday

All members of staff are expected to work either Christmas Eve/ Boxing day or New years eve / New years day.
