Full Time London, England 12.05 - 13.36 GBP HOURLY Today
Job description

Get a round in….

We’re Whistle Punks and we’re all about people.

If you haven’t heard of us, that’s ok, I mean it’s a shame, but we won’t hold it against you.

We brought urban axe throwing to the UK back in 2016 and, ever since, people have been telling us we’re on the cutting edge of the hugely popular competitive socialising scene. We are here for the people, all of them, our team, our customers, our Punks, these are what makes our experience so amazing.

And you could join the fun. We are settling in nicely in to our new London home in Oxford Circus, and as we throw more more axes, we are also pouring more drinks than ever before! We need some experienced bar Punks to to work in our busy venue, and make sure our F&B offering matches our amazing axe throwing.

As a Whistle Punks Bartender & Floor Crew, you will have the best interests of the customer at heart. It is your duty to make sure that everyone who comes to the bar gets what they need, even if that means pacing themselves or sobering up. You will put the customer experience at the heart of all you do, showing off some of our bespoke cocktails or being able to explain the finer details of our wine.

We’ve grown from a team of 5 and one venue, to a team of over a 100 in four venues! Hospitality is an amazing industry to work in. Did you know that 80% of success in any job is is down to how we are able to deal with people, and working at Whistle Punks really will help you build skills for life!

We’re bigger, older and wiser now but some things haven’t changed. We’ve always paid the Real Living Wage. We’re always looking to innovate and find ways to do things better and we are always committed to developing and elevating our people, our purpose, and our place of work.

We’re working hard to achieve B Corp accreditation as well as becoming a carbon negative company in the next 12 months.

Our mission is to provide an unforgettable experience to anyone setting foot in our venues, that includes our guests and our people equally! Our success is a direct result of the fantastic team already in place and you could be one.

We’re about treating people well and doing business for good. Sound like something you’re into? We’d love to hear from you.
