Venue: The Vault Soho
Hours: 45 per week
Salary: £26,000 PA + Service Charge + Quarterly Bonus
Are you a passionate and experienced bartender looking to elevate your career in the bustling heart of London? Look no further! The Vault Soho, a renowned and stylish speakeasy bar, is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Bartender.
Responsibilities:
- Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following both classic and innovative recipes
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating an inviting atmosphere for our diverse clientele
- Accurately and efficiently taking orders and processing payments
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Collaborating with colleagues to create seasonal cocktails and special event promotions
- Continuously expanding your knowledge of mixology, industry trends, and our extensive product offerings
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of bartending experience, preferably in a high-end or speakeasy environment
- A solid understanding of mixology, spirits, and classic cocktails
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- An approachable and friendly demeanour, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- A valid UK work permit
