Venue: The Vault Soho

Hours: 45 per week

Salary: £26,000 PA + Service Charge + Quarterly Bonus

Are you a passionate and experienced bartender looking to elevate your career in the bustling heart of London? Look no further! The Vault Soho, a renowned and stylish speakeasy bar, is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Bartender.

Responsibilities:

  • Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following both classic and innovative recipes
  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating an inviting atmosphere for our diverse clientele
  • Accurately and efficiently taking orders and processing payments
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create seasonal cocktails and special event promotions
  • Continuously expanding your knowledge of mixology, industry trends, and our extensive product offerings

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of bartending experience, preferably in a high-end or speakeasy environment
  • A solid understanding of mixology, spirits, and classic cocktails
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • An approachable and friendly demeanour, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • A valid UK work permit
