Bartender, Bartender, Full-Time
The Restaurant at Roddy McCorley Heritage Centre is looking for a Bartender to join our team and provide an excellent guest experience. Candidates will have a strong background in cocktails, and be coffee trained. Wine knowledge desirable.
Job Duties:
- Prepare alcoholic beverages for service (e.g. restock bar supplies, make cocktails, prepare garnishes, etc.)
- Prepare alcoholic drinks for guests by mixing ingredients, preparing ingredients to fill out mixing container, putting ingredients in drinks, etc.
- Give guests appropriate information about drinks and answer their questions
- Take guests’ orders and make them selections
- Clean stations and equipment, including glassware and equipment used for making cocktails.
- Ability to work independently or as a team member depending on the schedule of management
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and management
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £11.00 per hour
